Valerio Forte
Valerio was most recently Head of the Miami based North American Business Development Team at H.I.G. Capital that played a pivotal role in supporting the firm’s exponential growth to $54 billion in AUM. Previously he was a leader in the credit and acquisition finance teams at Credit Agricole and UBS in London and Zurich and New York where he led groundbreaking cross border acquisition and leveraged finance transactions.
Martin Wentzel
Martin Wentzel has extensive experience along the entire value chain of middle market investments and management. With his firm Fairmont Partners he invested in lower middle market companies and offered turnaround management and consulting services to selected clients. At American Industrial Acquisition Corporation Martin closed multiple complex, distressed transactions and acted as CEO and CRO in international turnarounds. Prior to AIAC, Martin acquired and sold Siemens companies form and to private equity and strategic buyers. Prior to his investment career, Martin was involved in infrastructure project management at Siemens and led different productivity and performance improvement initiatives as internal consultant. Martin holds an MBA from Duke Fuqua School of Business and a tri-lingual engineering degree in Mechatronics.
